1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Xegonu Coviku, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Description

Xegonu Coviku specializes in the manufacturing and supply of containers designed for fermented food products, including but not limited to tempeh containers, budu vessels, and custom fermentation solutions. All products are manufactured in Penang, Malaysia, according to international food safety standards.

3. Order Process and Pricing

Orders are processed based on specifications provided by the customer. Pricing is determined by product type, quantity, customization requirements, and delivery location. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Custom orders require 50% deposit before production begins
• Standard products require full payment before shipping
• Prices may be subject to change based on material costs

4. Production and Delivery

Production timelines vary depending on order complexity and current production schedule. Standard delivery times are:

• Standard products: 5-10 business days
• Custom products: 15-30 business days
• Large orders (>100 units): 30-45 business days

Delivery is available throughout Malaysia. International shipping is available upon request with additional costs and extended delivery times.

5. Quality Assurance and Warranties

All products undergo quality testing before shipment. We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers material defects and workmanship issues but does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper handling.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard products in original condition. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Refund processing takes 5-10 business days after receipt of returned items.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, and proprietary information remain the property of Xegonu Coviku. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Xegonu Coviku's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be resolved through the courts of Malaysia.
